Capone, 25, just 100 meters from the sea, so convenient for those who want to reach the beach at any time of the day. Surrounded by pergolas, terraces and gardens in bloom, the villa fully evokes the holiday atmosphere that, especially in spring and summer, characterizes the coast of Maiori, guaranteeing its guests secluded areas where absolute privacy and tranquility prevail. The residence has three apartments that can also be offered as a single holiday home for large groups. The wide open spaces and the ease with which you can reach the sea and the imminent city center, make it a great accommodation especially for families. Furthermore, on request and at an additional cost, we offer the possibility to park near the property.
Big Giulietta House
Holiday home on the first level accessible from the road along only 7 stairs. Rooms: a double bedroom with balcony with access to the large terrace, a bedroom with two sun loungers with a window, a small bathroom with shower and a living room with adjoining kitchenette with dishwasher and fridge. Supplies: air conditioning, TV, central heating and Wi-Fi. Outdoor spaces: large terrace of 50 sqm equipped with table, chairs, pergola, outdoor hot shower, laundry room with washing machine and lemon and flower trees during the season.

Two-storey holiday home on the second level and reachable from the road along only 25 stairs. Rooms: a double bedroom with a view of the garden inside an ancient tower, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the second level there is a room with a double bed, a kitchenette with a dishwasher, an oven and a fridge. Supplies: air conditioning, TV, central heating and Wi-Fi. Outdoor spaces: small terrace with table, chairs and pergola.
Little Giulietta House
Holiday home on the third level accessible from the road along only 45 stairs. Rooms: one double bedroom with garden view, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette with dishwasher, oven and fridge. Supplies: air conditioning, TV, central heating and Wi-Fi. Outdoor spaces: pleasant terrace with table, chairs and pergola.
