Minori, however, is also known for its homemade pasta. We can suggest you to taste the traditional ‘Nunderi (hand-made gnocchi-like pasta) in one of the midtown restaurants. Even though it’s smaller, the beach of Minori is a credit to the natural beauties of the Amalfi Coast.
